HOW TO ASK FOR INFORMATION - HOW TO ORDER
Click on the E-MAIL button. If you want to know more about an item, put the
ID NUMBER of that item in the E-MAIL.
If you want info about shipping costs, be sure to include your full name
and mailing address.(see also PROTECTING YOUR PRIVACY) You will receive an
e-mail with all necessary information or a payment form when you order.
AVAILABILITY
It has been our goal in from 1978 on, to have the most-up-to-date and accurate information possible. However, we may not always have an item available for immediate shipping. If an item is temporary or even permanently out of print, we will notify you at once by e-mail.
PRICE OF ITEMS
All our prices are indicated in EURO and US Dollars and can be altered
without previous warning.
All prices include TVA, taxes and all custom duties for all the EU membership
states.
Postage is not included in the price of the item.
Whenever you order from outside those states, we are not responsible for
any local taxes or extra costs.
SHIPPING POLICY
We always strive to find the right combination of secure shipment
at the lowest price.
SHIPPING COSTS
Once we know where to send the order to, and we know it's
the exact weight, we send you all the info by e-mail.
SHIPPING TIME
Here, at MUSICTELEX, we do our best to ship your music out to
you as soon as possible. We will always inform you about possible delays.
RETURNS
Sheetmusic, along with other printed material, is subject to
copyright laws and therefore is not returnable.
If you received a defective item, misprint or there was a shipping error,
sent an e-mail within 30 day's of reception.
